How to move the top-100 management of a multinational when the new owner is heading for changes?

New financial structures, new values, new organization, new targets, new markets, same people. Besides a 2-days event in Cologne, with regular presentations and keynote speakers, New shoes today was asked to empower the flow of new information.

To achieve that new shoes today developed ‘live’-interventions by interviewing people in the street. In the German language we had easy conversations about carnival and other ordinary things. The added English voice-overs however are telling about the brand new aspects of Basell. Imagine seeing a 60 year old lady with shopping bags starting a dissertation about 'targeted investments' or children talking about 'cycle management'!.
