Today I like to organise treks to growth and vitality:
for organisations, teams and individuals. I use
travelling as a metaphor to find answers to strategic
change and exploring new life in organizations.
Within the field of management consultancy I have
a long experience in a broad area of improvement
and strategic change issues. It is my conviction
that success is determined by:
- The ambition and orientation to come and go outside
- An organisational design that creates and invites effective interaction patterns;
- The power of creation of all the people within the organisation.
For me it is great to help people find perspective
again after massive setbacks and contraction; or
to wake them up after their long ‘winter sleep’.
