Zusje is a living example of Creation, Innovation & Change.
She owned a fashionschool and designed childrens clothing for about ten years. Then  radically changed to the business of software development, studied information technology and innovation management and worked as an IT consultant in the Netherlands.

Creativity and IT combine in Structured Creativity. She studied the philosophy of TRIZ (Theory of Solving Inventive Problems) and Analytic Problem Solving. Currently she lives in San Francisco, studies psychology and works as a tutor.
