Igor has a background in banking and industry. He then worked as a creativity trainer and consultant in about 20 countries for the past 15 years in companies, education and government organisations (e.g. Agfa, Akzo, Alcatel, BASF, Danone, Helsinki University of Technology, Inbev, Siemens, Sony, Toyota, Umicore, VRT (Flemish Radio and Television), Vlerick School for Management, Dutch Ministry of Interior).

In 2003 he wrote the bestseller Creativiteit Hoe?ZO! which became the standard manual for applied creatitvity in Holland and Belgium, as well in mangement as in several universities. This book was the basis for the new shoes today book Creativity Today, published in 2007.
