Originally from Montreal, Canada I have lived and worked internationally for more than 15 years. My home is Amsterdam.
What I have learned in those years is that people all over the world have an incredible ability to create, to endure, to laugh and to survive. We humans are simply full of contradictions. We want and yearn for more and still we look to accept what 'is'. We look for connection to ourselves and to others but seek solitude and independence. We long for love and fear its imminent arrival.

My work as a soul coach focuses on facilitating and teaching people how to love themselves, the dark and the light. To find compassion in seeking for who they are, to look and explore with curiosity. I hope to enable people to create their lives from their deepest passion.
I often use mythology and story as a foundation for the metaphorical journey to discovering your Self. It is a great way of unlocking the imagination and opening consciousness to your life. It has helped me to take the fragments of my life and piece the puzzle together into a core truth of who I really am, a real mosaic.
Using narrative intelligence, the ability to see your world as a story allows for a gentle unfolding of your Self.
