Johan D'Haeseleer and Cyriel Kortleven are the founders of A Spoonful of Sparkles.

Johan is a leverageseeker. When he was in kindergarten his grandfather showed him how to change a tire with a lever. Ever since he is facinated with doing more with less effort. Simplicity is one of the biggest levers. I really began to appreciate simplicity working as a worksimplifier for a Belgian retailer Colruyt. A new lever which makes me very proud is this process to make messages contagious.

Cyriel is a professional speaker and facilitator in the domain of creativity and innovation. Cyriel moves people in a literally and figurative way by means of a combination of creativity and improvisation - also brought together in the succesful dutch book 'And ... Action!'. Next to the process of generating ideas, he is fascinated by making an idea or message contagious and sticky.
