Quality Conference - creating an open and informal atmosphere
The Knights of NOW were present at the Quality Conference organized by the Flemish Centre for Quality. More than 200 people participated during two days on several workshops. The Knights of NOW were present with 4 people and welcomed all the guests in person. Participants were asked to relax a moment on the 'standing parking places' especially created to let the people arrive mentally on the conference.
The NOW-meridian made sure that everybody was in the now and here before they entered the plenary room. The Knights of NOW opened the conference with an exercise. An open and informal atmosphere was created and all the participants could start their workshops.

At the end of the conference, all the participants received a time-voucher to have some extra free time. All the activities of the Knights of NOW happen in a non-directive, open way where the 'mood' of the participant is the most important aspect. We will deliver a timeless experience.
