need to re-invent the organisation, question the

The ‘shake-up’ is a lean, bright and open process
that helps people to look for hidden opportunities,
come up with fresh ideas, and let go of old habits
and structures that were useful once, but now have
become a burden.
In a restricted period of time (max. 6 months) and
with an internal dedicated group, we select top
opportunity roads, invent new ways of working, and
change towards smarter, simpler, more efficient
and fun ways with more satisfaction for all parties.
We achieve a win-win-win situation. The shake-up
ends with an overall presentation of 10 innovation
projects, endorsed by top management, all of them
with high success potential. |

Shake-up steps
Create commitment for the shake-up, in a TODAY way: Plenary session with participation of all interested parties physically or virtually; Selection of the core-shake-up team.
Big opportunity scouting process, adapted to the
culture of the organisation. Start of the 10 change
projects. Follow-up with specific shake-up measures
and communication tools.
