Our Change equalizer is an adjusting program, to reduce negative distortion or to strengthen positive distortion in a human interaction system, by adjusting the system’s response to different audio frequencies’
In a three steps approach we try together with you to recognize ‘response patterns’ in your company which are connected to a running innovation or change program. These patterns can be loud or quiet and obvious or hidden. We want to make them explicit and go from there to find the right adjustments : in strategy and in logical reasoning; in values, beliefs and convictions; in know how and competencies; in systems and structure.

With this change equalizing concept we aim to support existing project teams, change teams, management teams ... To help them in ‘leading’ the change and defining the right interventions to find the flow.

Steps
- Change assessment within your company to find the key topics and recognize response patterns and distortions
- Equalizer workshop in adding know how to identified issues, understanding own style and finding responses
  and interventions to take back to the company. In our experience this workshop is most effective when organized
  very intensively in a 3 day program, remote and isolated from the disturbing blocking environment
- Change coaching of all participants during a defined period of time to help you become effective in leading
  change and helping to realize the planned interventions
